Head of the Department of Legal and Financial Disciplines of the Academy “Bolashaq” Kabzhanov Akylbek Taibulatovich on April 26, 2024, took part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Shokan Readings – 28 New Scientific Paradigm: Collaboration, Digitalization and Commercialization” at the North Kazakhstan University named after Sh.Ualikhanov, Kokshetau. The traditional conference has been held for 28 years. The organizer of the annual event is the Kokshetau University named after Shokan Ualikhanov.
The welcoming speech was delivered by the rector of the Shokan Ualikhanov Kokshetau University, Syrlybaev Marat Kadiruly.
At the plenary session with scientific reports, 5 speakers from Kazakhstan and Russia spoke. Representatives of China, Bulgaria, Turkmenistan, Tatarstan, Bashkortostan, and Khakassia also took part. About 500 participants joined the conference. Over 260 articles were received.
The main goal of the Shokan Readings is to recognize Shokan Ualikhanov, to discover scientific works on technical, agricultural, and humanitarian flows. Popularization of research works of our master’s and doctoral students. It has rightfully become the brand of Kokshetau University because it annually gathers a large number of participants. Not only from Kazakhstani universities but also from foreign ones.
Kabzhanov A.T. in the online format via Zoom Conference spoke in Section 5 – “Social and Human Sciences, Art” in subsection 5.2 “Business and Law” with a report on the topic: “Problems and Prospects of Distance Learning for Teachers in the Republic of Kazakhstan”.
The conference was held at a high scientific and theoretical level. It is gratifying that for a quarter of a century the conference has been gathering foreign and domestic scholars, representatives of all branches of science, doctoral students, master’s students, and young scientists.
