On 20 November 2020, at the Bolashaq Academy, at the Department of Legal Disciplines, a round table was held with the theme: “S. Zimanov. Z. Legal system of Kazakhstan from ordinary law to the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Parallels and problems” (on Skype online platform).

The head of the research institute of legal and comparative research, an honorary member of the National Academy of Sciences of RK, Doctor of Law, Professor Nurgaliev Bakhyt Moldayayevich made a welcome speech. Telling about the personality and merits of S.Z. Zimanov, noted that his research in the field of political history, political and legal life of the peoples of Kazakhstan and other Central Asian republics in Soviet times is a major contribution to science.
Akylbek Taybulatovich has told that in scientific works S.Z. Zimanov emphasized and raised questions of formation and construction of the sovereign democratic Kazakh state in post-totalitarian period, formation of the Kazakh state and national statehood.
Famous scientists of Kazakhstan D.J.S., Professor Amandykova S.K., Rakhimbayev E.N., Abishev H. Ә, Akhmetova N.S., Turlaev A.V. Syzdyk B.K. Abdizhami A.Zh. Serikbayeva S.S. made interesting reports.
Based on the results of the round table, it is planned to issue recommendations.
