Temireeva and students of the Fm group-24-2 — Kerimbai Diana, Sakhieva Aidana, Kalkenova Ansagan watched the play “Kosh Mahabbat”, dedicated to Mukagali Makatayev’s birthday at the Drama Theater. Love in Makataev’s work is a deep dramatic feeling filled with nostalgia. Love further emphasizes the poet’s loneliness. Makataev’s works about love make up the golden fund of his work. This play tells the story of a love that could not resist the treachery of jealous people. Everyone was interested in the relationship between the main characters, Baghdad and Banu. Bagdad is a future composer, and Banu is a teacher. The production suggests that true love is incompatible with lies and deception. The performance featured songs by Mukagali Makatayev based on famous poems. The students, along with the theater actors, tried to understand the poet’s nostalgia and enter his poetic world. They succeeded, and the audience welcomed the new production and the performance of the theater actors. We are waiting for new premieres from the theater!
