On May 4, 2020m, President Tokayev signed a law on introducing amendments and additions to labour legislation.
On 28-29 May 2020, Head of Personnel Department and Lawyer of PU “Bolashaq Academy” participated in the webinar “Labor Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2020. Electronic employment contracts. The practice of applying labour legislation and the procedure for resolving labour disputes in the conciliation commission”.
At this webinar the changes made to the Labour Code were studied and the introduction of electronic employment contracts was discussed (by the example of the Unified Record System for Employment Contracts on the Enbek.kz website).
