On September 4, 2019, the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan in cooperation with the Karaganda Economic University of the Kazpotrebsoyuz held an international scientific and practical conference dedicated to the Constitution Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan is the legal basis for the stability of civil society and statehood”.
The conference was attended by the members of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, represented by R.Zh. Mukashev, U. Shapak, a member of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, L.S. Zhakaev, and representatives of the judicial and law enforcement bodies of the higher educational institutions of our region.
The head of the department of legal disciplines, professor Akylbek Taybulatovich Kabzhanov, took active part from our academy, who made the report “Problems of constitutionality of norms of criminal law”.
