On January 12, 2021 there was a regular meeting of the Educational-methodical association of Republican Educational-Methodical Council of Higher and Post-graduate Education (REMC) on groups of educational programs “Teacher Training in Languages and Literature”, “Languages and Literature” on the basis of KazUMO and IL named after Abylai Khan.
This time the discussion topic was “Discussion of the Framework Learning Outcomes for the foreign language”. The format is online, allowing every interested teacher or MA student to take part in the session.
The last session was attended by I.Y. Grigorchuk and L.A. Seitova, senior lecturers of the Department, and representatives of universities used the opportunity to come up with their proposals.
The discussion lasted for two hours, which resulted in the formation of learning outcomes for two levels B1 and B2.
After discussion all participants listened to the speech of Associate Professor of Chair of Foreign Languages of Kazakhstan-American Free University (KASU) Oskolkova A.A. on Effective English Teaching Skills: TV Shows and ELT.
SAMS meetings are held once a month. All interested students are welcome to attend.
