President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev declared 2020 the Year of Volunteer in Kazakhstan, paraphrasing a line from a song by Viktor Tsoi: “Volunteering is a matter for young people, a cure for wrinkles.”
A solemn ceremony of launching the national front-office of volunteers ‘Birgemiz’ with the participation of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev was opened in the capital, which was attended and actively participated by students of Bolashaq Academy.
