This methodological material has been prepared to improve the effectiveness of ideological work carried out by employees of the sphere of internal policy in the context of the implementation and promotion of the “Rukhani Zhagyru” Program. This manual aims to provide methodological assistance on the organization of ideological and explanatory work on the Program and to improve the competence of employees of the sphere of internal policy. The methodological manual is intended for members of the information and explanatory pool under the local executive bodies, for the employees of the central state and local executive bodies, mass media, as well as regional project offices of “Rukhani zhangyru”.
