The literary and creative contest “A heart that is beating for Alash” was held on April 21 at Karaganda University named after academician E. A. Buketov. The event was timed to the 150th anniversary of the national teacher A. Baitursynov.
A second-year student of the Kazakh language and literature department Orazkhan Aikenje (supervisor – assistant professor of Kazakh language and literature department Ismailova R.N.) took part in the literary and creative contest from the Academy “Bolashaq”.
The competition was held in II stage:
Stage I: Writing an essay on the topic “Akhmet Baitursynly – Ұlt ұstazy” devoted to the creativity of Akhmet Baitursynov
II stage: Expressive reading of the verses (by heart) by A. Baitursynov.
According to the results of the competition Orazkhan Aikenje took the II place.
