On September 26 at the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences there was held a meeting with students dedicated to Labor Day, established by the Decree of the President of the Republic in November 2013, in order to revive the traditions of respect for manual work professions and awareness of the importance of work from a young age. All teachers and students of the specialty “Pharmacy” took part in the event.
Highly respected veterans of the Department, pharmacist-organizer of the Highest Qualification Category Boldysh Svetlana Kamashevna and Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Tnimova Gulbagiza Taufikovna shared their experience, talked about their career path, the need for constant improvement in their profession, and the return of respect for work among young people. The students listened with interest to the respected teachers and expressed the opinion that celebrating the Labor Day in Kazakhstan is another good revived tradition.
