Introduction of elements of the dual form of education

Teaching staff of the Department of Pedagogy of the Bolashaq Academy are actively introducing elements of a dual form of education in the educational program “Pedagogy and Psychology”, striving to improve the quality of training of future specialists and adaptation of the educational process to modern labor market requirements by conducting seminars in the disciplines “Methods of teaching pedagogy”, “Methods of teaching psychology” and “Professional Pedagogy” in Karaganda Bolashaq Higher College.

The dual training system is a combination of theory in an educational institution with practice in the workplace. This approach allows students not only to master the theoretical foundations of the discipline, but also to consolidate them by example, while applying the knowledge gained in the study of the professional environment. This is especially important for pedagogical disciplines, since future teachers should be able not only to transfer knowledge, but also to work effectively with students in the future.

The introduction of elements of dual education in the disciplines “Methodology of teaching pedagogy”, “Methodology of teaching psychology” and “Professional pedagogy” provides students of the PiP-22-1 group with unique opportunities. They can observe the professional activities of experienced teachers such as Demchenko Alla Viktorovna (teacher of Bolashaq College), participate in the development of curricula and programs, as well as conduct lessons and classes under the guidance of mentors Shutenova Sabira Sartaevna and Talikova Galiya Tulyakovna (senior teachers of the Academy, Department of Pedagogy).

This helps not only to better understand the specifics of working in an educational environment, but also to take into account such important professional skills as communication, lesson planning, and student achievement assessment.

The first results of the new form of education in the disciplines “Methodology of teaching psychology” and “Professional pedagogy” demonstrate high efficiency. Students of the PiP-22-1 group Khusainova Sofia, Fedyaeva Tatyana, Nurshinova Daria and Kerimova Elizaveta gain a deeper understanding of pedagogical and psychological activities, improve their professional skills and are better oriented in the educational field.

In addition, regular interaction with branches of the Department of Pedagogy allows students of the Academy to better master the specifics of pedagogical work in such conditions, which reduces their stress at the initial stages of professional activity and increases competitiveness in the labor market.
