In the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan “Fair Kazakhstan: Law and order, economic growth, public optimism,” he noted: “Our path of development for the long term is obvious. We have high goals. To achieve this, we must, first of all, preserve the unity of the country. We must support and respect each other. We are a nation that, thanks to its prosperous unity, has withstood various trials. It will continue to be so. Let’s all become one country and build a fair and developed Kazakhstan together. Then everyone will be able to become a brick of their country and achieve their dreams. For all of us, the common task is to provide the future generation with a state that gives equal opportunities to every person and everyone, that is, a fair Kazakhstan.”
In order to support the initiatives of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Kemelovich and implement the ideas of a just Kazakhstan, the National Innovative Research Center “Bilim-orkenieti” plans to hold several competitions and conferences among teachers, young scientists, undergraduates, university students.
By the decision of the jury, Kabzhanov Akylbek Taybulatovich’s work was recognized as worthy, during the years of independence he contributed to the socio-economic development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, actively participated in socio-political affairs, and was awarded the title of “Honorary Figure of the Republic of Kazakhstan” of the republican competition.
