On November 15, 2022, a forum was held at the Bolashaq Academy in support of the candidate for the post of head of state K. K. Tokayev. The forum was attended by students of all educational programs of the Bolashaq Academy. The forum participants discussed the election program of the candidate for the post of head of state K. K. Tokayev.
The forum was opened by the Rector of the Bolashaq Academy, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor Rysmagambetova G.M. In her speech, Gulnara Musievna dwelled on the electoral process and its role, the procedure for elections and the procedure for electing the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In his report “Fair Kazakhstan: For everyone and for everyone. Now and Forever, Ph.D. in Law, Professor, Head. Department of Legal and Financial Disciplines Kabzhanov A.T. focused the attention of the forum participants on the mission and main ideas of the election program. In general, the program was analyzed from the point of view of the feasibility of ideas and the validity of conclusions for the near future of building a New Kazakhstan and the institutional reforms being carried out in connection with this, based on fundamental values.

Department of General Educational Disciplines Aupenova A.U. “A new historical period in the development of Kazakhstan in the next seven years” covers the prospects for the development of our state in the field of healthcare, in the socio-economic and educational spheres, and in the field of digital technologies. It is the youth that is the main driving force of changes in society, – K.K. Tokayev believes. Therefore, it is necessary to create all conditions for constructive interaction between the institutions of power and youth.
A student of the educational program “Jurisprudence” Adilet Abilzhanov, a representative of the campaign headquarters of the candidate for the post of head of state K.K. Tokayev, addressed the forum participants. Adilet dwelled in detail on three interconnected principles disclosed in the election program of the candidate for the post of head of state K.K. Tokayev: a just state – a just economy – a just society. “A fair Kazakhstan, first of all, implies fair justice, an effective fight against corruption and efficient police work. Reforms in these areas will ensure the true rule of law, guarantee the observance of the rights of all citizens,” the program says.
The speaker urged the youth to show their active citizenship and make their fair choice.
