Within the framework of the project of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Development of Work Skills and Workplace Stimulation”, the Research Institute for Regional Development (http://nii-region.kz/index.php/2012-02-25-09-55-35) is implementing the project “Development of Industrial Qualification Framework and Professional Standards in the direction of “Development of Small and Medium Business” (Contract No.: KZSJ-1.1/CS-32-CQS).
As part of stage II of the project, professional standards in the following areas were developed, discussed with industry experts and approved by Atameken National Entrepreneurs Chamber and the Ministry of Trade and Integration of Kazakhstan:
SME (cross-industry professions): – Activities in the field of resource planning and analysis; – Integrated administrative and management services; – Quality management; – Social network management (SMM); – Activities in the field of market analysis; – Risk management; – Supply of small (medium) firm; – Brand management; – Project management; – Financial management; – Management of small (medium) firm.

Sheviakova, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Finance Department of our Academy “Bolashaq” was an expert and a member of the working group that developed these standards, which were approved by the Order of the Deputy Chairman of the Board of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Atameken” from 26.12.2019 No. 263 (https://atameken.kz/ru/services/16-professionalnyye-standarty-i-tsentry-sertifikatsii-nsk).
