The use of archival documents in the activities of the project “Karlag: Memory for the Future”, led by Professor N.O. Dulatbekov, is an integral part of the research work.
Nurlan Orynbasarovich raises the issues of quality digitization of archival documents, their decoding and ensuring the preservation of archival documents while carrying out digitization works, as well as government control over this type of activity.
