Curatorial hour: My city is Karaganda!

On February 10, 2025, the Bolashaq Academy hosted a curatorial hour dedicated to the Day of the City of Karaganda. The event was held among the 3rd year students of the In-22-1,2 group under the guidance of advisor Madina Kabbasovna Abdresheva.

The goal: To create a patriotic consciousness and respect for the cultural heritage of the native city.

The curatorial hour began with a welcoming speech by the adviser, who spoke about the significance of the celebration of Karaganda City Day and its role in the history of Kazakhstan. Next, the students were offered a multimedia presentation containing interesting historical facts about the formation and development of Karaganda as one of the largest industrial and cultural centers of the country.

At the end of the curatorial hour, a round table was organized, where the prospects for the development of Karaganda and its environmental situation were discussed. The students shared their thoughts on possible initiatives aimed at improving urban infrastructure and maintaining cultural traditions.

The curatorial hour was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The students were active, asked questions and shared their knowledge.

The curatorial hour “Day of the City of Karaganda” has become a significant event that promotes the unity of students, the development of their patriotic feelings and the deepening of knowledge about their hometown.
