SRC “Rukhaniyat” Within the framework of circle lessons with students of educational program “6B01702 – Foreign language: two foreign languages” the participants of the “Rukhaniyat” circle got acquainted with with cartographic material including overview schemes of tourist objects in the Northern Priaralie, map of Aralsk, maps of the surroundings of Lake Kambash and the former island of Barsakelmes, diagrams of ship cemeteries on Lake Tushubas and in Butakov Bay, as well as the surroundings of Aiteke Bi and Zhankent settlement, contacts of useful organizations, descriptions of tourist attractions.
The project was implemented by Avalon Historico-geographical Society in the form of a pocket size publication containing useful practical and informative case study on tourism in the Northern Aral Region, being at the same time a peculiar and compact guidebook. The map is published in three language versions (in Kazakh, Russian and English).
As part of the project to develop ecotourism in Buiratau, Avalon has issued a set of unique postcards designed for the efforts of postcrossers in Karaganda to fly around the globe to popularize such a wonderful place as Buiratau in Kazakhstan.
In a few months postcards from the set have reached addressees from different countries of the world, participants of the project Postcrossing and became one of their favorites.
