Anti-corruption forum was held in Nur-Sultan

On December 6, 2019, in Nur-Sultan a forum “Formation of anti-corruption culture in the society” organized by the Republican Public Association “National movement against corruption”Zhanaru” took place. The forum raised issues related to improving the level of legal literacy of the population, citizens’ trust in government bodies, etc.

The forum was opened by Oralbai Abdykarimov, chairman of the “Zhanaru” movement, a well-known public figure and native of the Karaganda Region. At the forum the reports of the deputy chairman of the movement “Zhanaru” Rakhmetullin Dauletkerey Rakhmetollaevich were heard. Jazira Zhilkishieva, a member of the movement, made a report on forming a culture of anti-corruption in the society.

In the second part of the forum, the winners were awarded in the categories “Best Anti-Corruption Publication in the Mass Media”, “Best Civil Servant of the Capital” and others. An appeal to the citizens of the Republic was adopted as part of the forum.

Rector of the Academy, Professor K.N. Menlibayev, and Head of the Postgraduate Education Department, E.E. Serimov, introduced the Bolashaq Academy at the anti-corruption forum.

At the forum by the unanimous decision of the members of the anti-corruption movement “Zhanaru” the rector of the Academy “Bolashaq” K.N. Menlibayev was elected the director of the Karaganda regional branch of ROO “National movement against corruption “Zhanaru”.
