Report of the breakout session on the section “Prospects for the development of the legal system of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Financial risk management and legal protection of business”

On February 28, within the framework of the Republican Scientific and Practical Conference (with international participation) “Youth and global problems of our time”, a breakout session was held on the topic “Prospects for the development of the legal system of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Financial risk management and legal protection of business”.

30 scientific reports were presented at the breakout session.

The conference was attended by students, undergraduates and doctoral students of N.F. Katanov Khakass State University (Abakan, Russian Federation), L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University (Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan) and Bolashaq Academy.

The section was attended by speakers, students, undergraduates and the teaching staff of the Department of Legal and Financial Disciplines, as well as members of the student scientific circle “Adilet”.

The session of the section was moderated by Candidate of Law, Professor Kabzhanov A.T.

The breakout session discussed topical issues of the theory of state and law, constitutional, civil, administrative, family, labor, environmental, civil procedure and criminal procedure law, criminalistics, financial and tax system of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The participants of the section had the opportunity to get answers to their questions and exchange opinions.

Of particular interest were the reports of Hartman Z. on the topic: “The role of education in the formation of youth civic consciousness”, Akhmetova A.M. on the topic: “Features of studying accounting documents as written evidence”, Altynbek A. on the topic: “Effective directions for improving the analysis of the financial condition of an enterprise”, Kuandykova B.A. on the topic: “The role of value added tax in generating budget revenues.”

The speakers and participants of the general discussion organized at the section emphasized the need to ensure the supremacy of the Constitution and laws, respect for human rights and freedoms, as well as further improvement of the current regulatory framework.

Following the results of the work of the section, recommendations were adopted.

The participants of the breakout session express their special gratitude to D.S. Asakayeva, Vice-Rector for Science and International Cooperation, A.T. Kabzhanov, Head of the Department of Legal and Financial Disciplines, and G.S. Smagulova, specialist at the Center for Legal Research, Humane Pedagogy and Pedagogical Mentoring, for the high level of organization of the conference.
