The event dedicated to the Republic Day of the branch of the Department of Foreign Languages and Intercultural Communication at the KSU Gymnasium No. 1

As part of the work of the branch of the Department of “Foreign Languages and Intercultural Communication” on the basis of Gymnasium No. 1, a conversation dedicated to the Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held on the topic “Kazakhstan in the modern world space” for 11th grade students and students of the Bolashaq Academy. The senior teachers of the department, Abdresheva Madina Kabbasovna and Alzhanova Ainur Yrysovna, were responsible for the event. The purpose of the conversation was the formation of patriotic feelings and awareness of the role of Kazakhstan in world politics, economy and culture.

The conversation began with a historical overview of the formation of Kazakhstan’s independence, including key events: the introduction of the national currency tenge, nuclear disarmament and the first diplomatic steps of the young country. Further, the participants discussed Kazakhstan’s achievements in international organizations such as the UN, OSCE and SCO, as well as its importance on the world stage, especially in matters of security and economic cooperation.

Special attention was paid to the cultural and scientific role of Kazakhstan as a bridge between East and West, as well as the country’s participation in solving global challenges such as environmental problems, technology development and peacekeeping initiatives. The students actively participated in the discussions and expressed their thoughts about the future of Kazakhstan, noting the importance of national development in the context of globalization.

The event ended with a call for patriotism and responsibility for the future of the country, inspiring participants to make a personal contribution to the development of Kazakhstan. The participants noted that awareness of the importance of Kazakhstan on the world stage allows them to be proud of their country and strive for its prosperity.
