On October 30, a round table on the topic “Doctrinal aspects of the development of legislation in the Republic of Kazakhstan” was held at the Bolashaq Academy. The organizers were associate professor of the Department of Mutual Fund – Kenzhina S.A., senior lecturer Zhunusova L.M. and students of the U-21-1 group. The participants of the round table were students of the groups Yu-22-1, Yu-24-1, Yu-24-2.
Thus, during the round table, special attention was paid to improving the criminal and administrative legislation of Kazakhstan, as well as considering new approaches to law enforcement. The participants identified views on current challenges in the legal field and discussed initiatives aimed at strengthening the rule of law and improving the effectiveness of the legal system.
The participants also discussed the importance of legal doctrine as a structural component of scientific knowledge and its role in choosing the direction for the legal system of Kazakhstan.
The main conclusion of the round table was that legal doctrine and culture form the conceptual foundations for the development of legislation, provide both the choice of ways and directions for improving the legal system, and the doctrinal aspects of the development of legislation in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The event ended with an active discussion, during which students and teachers presented their recommendations on the modernization of Kazakh legislation, which, in their opinion, will be able to improve its functioning at the current stage of development of legal sciences in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
