We invite you to take part in the competition for the best campaigning material to combat coronavirus.
Media Holding “Saryarqa aqparat” together with representatives of the leading mass media of the Karaganda Region with the support of JSC “ArcelorMittal Temirtau” announces a competition for the best campaign material to combat coronavirus.
Any resident of the Republic of Kazakhstan can take part in the contest. Works submitted for the contest may be executed in any manner, including video, photo, drawing, collage, graphic design, poem, song, etc.
A participant may submit different works in different categories. The number of works from one participant is not limited.
The competition is announced in 4 categories:
- THE BEST ANTIVIRUS VIDEO.
Rollers aimed at combating coronavirus participate in the nomination. The clips may be accompanied by text in Kazakh or Russian. The duration of the video should not exceed 120 seconds. - WITH CARE FOR CLIENTS.
Representatives of small and medium-sized businesses – owners of cafes, restaurants, cinemas, retail outlets, shops and other institutions whose business is related to visitors – are invited to participate in this nomination. Participants in this category may submit videos, posts, tick-tocks and other materials to the competition, which tell about compliance with sanitary and epidemiological norms at their enterprise and encourage everyone to comply with the necessary norms. - ANTI-VIRUS PAINTS.
Children between 5 and 10 years of age with paintings aimed at combating coronavirus are invited to participate in the competition in this category. - PERSON WEARING A MASK.
Works that describe and call for precautions in any place (transport, health centre, workplace, personal vehicle, train station, just a street) participate in this nomination. The materials may be accompanied by photographs (a series of photographs is possible) of the author and people around him wearing masks, observing the distance, treating hands with antiseptics, etc.

Materials must be accompanied by hashtags #AntiKovidKrg
Participants post materials in Kazakh or Russian on their Instagram, Facebook and other pages with the named hashtags and an indication of the nomination. In their post, contestants should subscribe and mark Instagram page @life09kz.
ATTENTION: During the competition period the pages of the participants must be open.

Terms of the competition
The competition is held from 1 November to 25 November 2020.
The results of the competition will be summed up from 26 November to 29 November 2020.
The winners will be announced on 30 November 2020.

The winner of the contest will be determined by a special commission. Substantive and technical criteria are taken into account when evaluating the works.
Content evaluation criteria include:
- The compliance of the work with the declared theme;
- reasonability and depth of disclosure of the topic, clarity of presentation;
- creativity of the material (novelty of idea, originality, flexibility of thinking);
- originality.
Criteria for technical evaluation:
- quality of video, photo, graphic and other materials;
- compliance with aesthetic standards.
For each category 5 winners are determined. A total of 20 winners will be announced in 4 categories.
The winners will be awarded a single cash prize in the amount of 50,000 tenge each.
The announcement of the winners will take place on 30 November 2020 at Instagram public @life09kz and will be timed to celebrate the Day of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The jury will consist of a competition commission to select winners of the best materials to fight against coronavirus:
