On June 19 of this year, the head of the Department of Legal and Financial Disciplines Kabzhanov Akylbek Taybulatovich took part in the discussion of the doctoral dissertation of Tezekbayev Eldos, a doctoral student of the Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after B.S. Beisenov on the topic “Mass riots: Problematic aspects of criminal legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan” OP 6D030300 – Law enforcement.
The discussion of the doctoral dissertation took place in a hybrid format.
The dissertation presented for discussion aroused great interest from those present. The work provoked discussions in the light of the ambiguity of the idea of mass riots and the interpretation by the dissertation of some of the provisions submitted for defense by the dissertation.
