On 28 August 2019, the training centre of the provincial court held a scientific and practical conference entitled “Judicial and legal reform – increasing public confidence in justice”.
The following issues were discussed as part of the conference:
- Modernization of the judicial system as part of the legislative changes adopted.
- Criminal proceedings: implementation of judicial and legal reform and its further development.
Representatives of the Academy made a presentation on the subject: “Further deepening of the specialization of the courts. Creation of family courts”.
The main and the first speaker on a theme: “The further deepening of specialization of courts. Creation of family courts”, the head of chair of legal disciplines, professor Akylbek Taybulatovich Kabzhanov acted. Associate professors Sadykova Kokesh Karigulovna and Zhukobaev Ahat Abdrakhmanovich became active participants of conference.
