Outcomes of Sectional Meetings on Science and Education in the Modern World: Sections 1,2,3,4

Section 1 “ABAI and world civilization” was attended by:
The Chairman of section 1 was candidate of philological Sciences, Professor K. Z. Sembiev, the Secretary of the sectional meeting and the moderator was the master of pedagogical Sciences, senior teacher E. M. Ermagambetov. Taking into account the special circumstances that occurred this year in our country, for the first time in the practice of our Academy, the section was held online on the skype platform.
On 1 section “Abay and world civilization” from the staff of the Department of Kazakh language and literature received 8 scientific articles, 3 scientific articles from other regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Due to time constraints, only 4 people listened. These are Ismayilova Raikhan Nalzhigitovna, M. p., associate Professor Abdrakhmanov Rustem Hasenovich, a student of group K-16-1 Kudaibergen Aigerim, a student of group K-16-1 Sakenova Ayida.

Other members of the Department of Kazakh language and literature, students of educational programs, as well as colleagues from our city and other regions of the country and other universities of the near abroad took part as an active participant.

1.The reports of Abdrakhmanov, Ismaylova, and Sakenova Ayida were evaluated as distinctive. In terms of relevance, it should be noted that it corresponds to the theme of the conference. Especially of interest was the speech of Professor Ismayilova Rayhan of Religiony on the theme “Meaning of education in Abai’s works”. To date, an important role in the study of the updated content of education is played by the upbringing of the personality of Abay’s works.
The work of the section was held at a high scientific and theoretical level. Everyone was given the opportunity to share their opinions and test the results of their research. At the sessions of the section, proposals and recommendations for further improvement of the national literature and methodology were discussed, and measures were developed to optimize organizational and legal measures for its implementation.

SECTION 2 “ABAI HERITAGE IN THE WORLD’S SPIRITUAL SPACE”

There were presented 34 reports from Kazakhstan, Ukraine to the section.
April 24, 2020 in connection with the introduction of quarantine in the city, the Academy “Bolashaq” for the first time in online mode on Skype software, the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Science and Education in the modern world” was held on the 175th anniversary of Abai.
In section 2, “Abai’s Legacy in the World of Spiritual Space”, presentations were made in the state and Russian languages.
At the plenary session the guest invited from Karaganda State Technical University, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Professional Education and Pedagogy Ismakov Bibsara Serikovna spoke as a speaker with the theme: “HE STOP IN THE WORLD OF THE SUHERE”. The speakers of the breakout session once again noted the relevance and value of the works of the great thinker and poet Abai.

  After their speeches, the speakers were able to give substantive answers to the interested questions of the audience, it should be noted that the works of great Abai are written long ago, but on the issues raised in the reports are modern. They reflected the moral and civil ideals of the poet. Deep thoughts and touching caring attitude of the poet to the fate of the young generation have always, at all times nourished and continue to nourish the minds and feelings of people.
  According to the results of the sectional session and discussion of reports, the following speeches were noted: G.G.Adambekova, A.K.Tusupbaeva, B.S.Ismakov, G.G.Adambekova, A.K.Tusupbaeva, for interesting themes of the speech and their urgency.

The section received a total of 9 works, of which 3 were presented in Kazakh and 6 in Russian. 1 report was presented from the city of Berdyansk (Ukraine), from the communal pre-school educational institution of general development (kindergarten) No. 35 “Vishenka” of Berdyansk city council of Zaporozhye region. One report was submitted from Russia with “Yaroslavl State Pedagogical University”, Yaroslavl city. The rest are from Kazakhstan, of which 4 reports from the Academy “Bolashaq”, one from Karaganda State University and two from schools.

   The section meeting was held online as the whole conference. All section members joined the group on Skype. Nabi Elikbaevich Elikbaevich, the chairman of the section, PhD, professor, made an opening speech. He told that our conference is devoted to the 175th anniversary of the great Abai, educator, poet, writer, composer, about its importance for world culture.
   Presentations were made at the meeting:

1. Kosmanova A.B. with the report “A COMPLEX FACTOR IN INTERNATIONAL FRIENDSHIP”;

2. Grigorchuk I.Yu. with report “MODERN TENDENS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF INTERNATIONAL PHARMACEUTICAL TERMINOLOGY”.
   Questions were asked and each report was discussed. The Section Meeting was held in conjunction with Section 1. The section was recorded and the papers can be listened to on Youtube.
   Conclusions and recommendations: It is necessary to note high level of quality of presented reports, diversity of research topics, quite high level of professionalism of scientists; Scientific results of authors of reports are actual, have serious applied value; Insufficient participation of Academy lecturers on the section subject.

   SECTION 4 “PEDAGOGICAL VIEWS OF GREAT THINKERS”.
   On April 24, 2020 Bolashaq Academy held the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Science and Education in the Modern World” dedicated to the 175th anniversary of Abai. According to item 1.1 of the Decision of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan “About strengthening of measures on prevention of import and distribution of a coronavirus infection in the Republic of Kazakhstan for the period of a pandemic” from March 12, 2020 № 20 since March 13, 2020 the ban on carrying out of mass actions, including conferences is introduced, therefore conference was held in a remote correspondence format.

The section “Pedagogical ideas of great thinkers” was organized in remote format in the state and Russian languages. The Chair – Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor Bokizhanova G.K., Secretary – Master of Pedagogy and Psychology Talikova G.T.
The speakers presented for discussion the results of their scientific research in on-line mode on Skype platform. In total, the section “Pedagogical views of great thinkers” received 37 scientific papers, of which 9 were sounded in Kazakh – 28 were sounded in Russian, of which 14 were prepared by the teaching staff of the department of preschool and primary education of the Academy “Bolashaq”.

    The main goal of the participants of the section: “Pedagogical views of great thinkers” was to find ways to solve modern problems related to determining the immediate prospects for the development of education in the modern world
    Based on the analysis of the content of the reports, the results of the presentations of the section participants were summarized.
    The participants of the distance conference were particularly interested in issues related to the practical application of modern innovative technologies and methods of education and training aimed at individualization, variability of the pedagogical process and improving its quality, regardless of the age of students and the level of education;
