Kurmangazy Zakirovich Sembiev, candidate of philological sciences, professor of the Kazakh language and literature educational programme of the “Bolashaq” Academy, delivered a lecture at the online seminar-training “Latin alphabet – a factor of spiritual revival” among teachers of the Kazakh language and literature and KGU “Stepnogorsk city teaching and methodological centre” of Akmola region.
As one of the authors of the spelling rules for the Latin alphabet, the teachers posed live questions. During the workshop teachers were given an explanation of the need to switch to the Latin alphabet, and innovative techniques were used. The training workshop was conducted at a high level and at the end the teachers expressed their gratitude to K.Z. Sembiyev.
