Dear students and colleagues! Do not disregard social distance measures!
Compliance with social distancing measures is not easy – both psychologically and in practice. However, by following this measure, you can break the chain of infection.
Keeping distance is necessary even if people around you are wearing masks, as the virus can be on the skin of an infected person and on his or her clothing, from where it enters contact surfaces and the air.
The minimum social distance between people should be 1.5 metres and it should be observed everywhere, including in shops, pharmacies, medical centres and on the street.
People should observe a longer social distance when running than when walking.
This is due to more active breathing and faster movement of people
