On December 04, 2024, as part of the educational work of the Department of Legal and Financial Disciplines, a curatorial hour was held on the topic: “Kazakhstan is our common home.” Students of the U-22-1 groups took part in this event, under the guidance of advisor Akhmetova Assel Kasenovna.
Asel Kasenovna made an introductory speech. She said that Kazakhstan is a unique country, an example of interethnic harmony.
The purpose of the curatorial hour is:
-fostering a sense of patriotism, love for the Motherland, pride in the historical past, present and bright future of the peoples of Kazakhstan;
-consolidation of knowledge on the history of Kazakhstan;
-student speech development;
-expansion and systematization of students’ knowledge about their state;
-the correct orientation of students in matters of the history of the state.
The objectives of this event are:
• to promote the development of logical thinking and mental abilities of students, to develop the desire for knowledge of national culture;
• fostering a friendly attitude towards each other and respect for the customs and traditions of peoples;
• formation of an understanding of the values of a democratic society: citizenship, tolerance, and patriotism.
The curatorial hour was held in the form of listening to a report on the topic: “Kazakhstan is our common home.” Vladislav Gribenyuk, a student of the group, made an interesting presentation. Vladislav spoke about the importance of the Motherland. I sincerely wish my native country continued growth and prosperity. And we, the younger generation of Kazakhstan, should pay great attention to studying, try to acquire maximum knowledge in order to develop and glorify our Homeland.
