On December 6, 2024 at 15:00, the traditional international scientific and practical conference “ Prospects for the Development of the Legal System of the Republic of Kazakhstan ” was held in the reading room of the library of the Bolashak Academy .
The conference is organized by the Department of Legal and Financial Disciplines of the Bolashak Academy.
The Department of Legal and Financial Disciplines has traditionally held an international scientific and practical conference on the topic “Prospects for Improving the Legal System of the Republic of Kazakhstan” for more than ten years.
This year 60 scientific articles were received. The geography covers different regions of the Russian Federation and our country. The conference was attended by representatives of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education Khakass State University named after N.F. Katanov, Abakan, Russian Federation, Kazan branch of the Russian State University of Justice, Kazan, Republic of Tatarstan, Russian Federation, Tuva State University, Russian Federation, L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, Karaganda Technical University named after Abylkas Saginov, Karaganda University named after Academician E.A. Buketov, Karaganda University of Kazpotrebouz.
Traditionally, scientists, practicing lawyers, students and postgraduates from Kazakhstan and other countries take part in it. The conference chairman, Akylbek Taybulatovich Kabzhanov, delivered a welcoming speech.
Holding this conference is one of the practical steps to improve the legal system of the Republic of Kazakhstan and increase information openness in the legal space. It is in dialogue that we can improve our knowledge, see problems, and outline common prospects for solving them. Modern challenges faced by the Republic of Kazakhstan require not only further strengthening of legal institutions, but also their adaptation to the new conditions of globalization, digitalization and a rapidly changing world. Against the background of integration processes within the Eurasian Economic Union, as well as deepening interaction with international legal structures, special attention should be paid to the issues of harmonizing national legislation with international standards, improving the judicial system and ensuring the rights and freedoms of citizens.
In particular, the conference featured the following speakers: Professor of the Karaganda University named after Academician E.A. Buketov Turlaev A.V. with the topic “Legal regulation of religious activity in Central Asia”; Associate Professor of the Khakass State University named after N.F. Katanov Sagalakov Eduard Alekseevich with the topic “Fraud in the history of Russian law”; Head of the Department of Civil and Labor Law of the Karaganda University named after. Academician E.A. Buketova Abdizhami Aytugan Zhumakhmetovna “Khalykaralyk klimatyk kelisimderdin kazakstannyn ecology zanamasyna aseri”, master’s student of the Bolashaq Academy Sadephan Aliya, who made a report on the topic “Zan salasyndagi normattik kukukyktyk aktilerdi memlekettik tilde rasimdeudegi ozekti maseleler” and many other participants.
