On September 2, 2024, the teaching staff and students of the Bolashaq Academy got acquainted with the Annual Message of the President of the country to the people of Kazakhstan through a live broadcast. As noted by all those present, the Message raised the most pressing issues facing modern Kazakh society. “Living within your means” should become the main postulate of the socio-economic component of each family when planning credit and collateral obligations.
Special attention was paid in the Message to the fiscal system with the total digitalization of all processes, which will ensure their transparency. It is planned to abandon tax audits according to the plan and it is proposed to establish differentiated income tax rates. A pool of large-scale turnkey projects is being launched. All this will undoubtedly be an important impetus for the comprehensive development of all spheres of society.
The President of the country emphasizes the pragmatic focus of all Kazakhstanis on the fact that our time has come to think about the future. Their will can be expressed at the referendum on the NPP, which will be held on October 6, 2024. At the same time, it should be borne in mind that 200 nuclear power plants are operating in 30 developed countries.
The unified state medical information system and the formation of a single package of basic state medical care are becoming an urgent task of the Government and are recognized to solve promptly all emerging issues in healthcare.
The year 2025 is declared the Year of Working Professions, which will promote the idea of diligence and professionalism in Kazakh society. The President of the country stressed that “it is necessary that people who have achieved success through honest, hard work always enjoy respect and honor.”
Our country keeps up with the times and applies all the achievements of science and technology to digital infrastructure. Next year, the National Artificial Intelligence Center is expected to be launched in the capital, which will be open to schoolchildren, students, researchers, and entrepreneurs.
Since the introduction of the concept of a “hearing state” in Kazakhstan, a sufficient number of effective mechanisms for expressing opinions and various dialogue platforms have appeared, and direct interaction between civil servants and citizens has become the norm.
As we can see, all the provisions of the Message give a powerful impetus to the qualitative improvement of all aspects of society, based primarily on law and justice.
