Within the framework of the discipline “Special Psychology” for students of the PiP-22-1 group, the teacher, Ph.D. Abdrakhmanova Alua Sabitovna, presented special equipment for the training and work of persons with disabilities.
The students got acquainted with the Focus 14 Braille display, which helps people with visual impairments to work on a computer, find the necessary information, type, read documents and just listen to news channels. The students tried to work with this equipment in a specialized program.
The Digital Magnifying Glass equipment was presented for the visually impaired, which also helps visually impaired people to receive information.
The students also got acquainted with the receiver-transmission equipment for the hard of hearing, which helps in obtaining external information.
At the end of the lesson, the students clearly got acquainted with the work of special equipment and have an idea of how to organize a learning space for people with special educational needs.
