The regional newspaper “Ortalyq Qazaqstan” has published an article by the Rector of the “Bolashaq” Academy, Professor Menlibayev K.N. with a review of the President’s State of the Nation Address of September 2, 2019.
Kuralbai Nesipbekovich noted that the First Address of the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan – a policy document of paramount importance to our society and all the tasks set by the Head of State in the current Address, extremely relevant, deeply developed, have a resource supply and are a continuation of the course set by the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy Nursultan Nazarbayev.
