On May 14, 2025, Asel Kasenovna Akhmetova, a senior lecturer at the Department of Legal and Financial Disciplines, a professional mediator, took part in an event dedicated to the International Family Day — “A Step towards Reconciliation” in the format of an Open Day at the specialized interdistrict juvenile Court of the Karaganda region.
The event was attended not only by professional mediators, but also by representatives of educational institutions and the police department. The broad participation of specialists made it possible to create an interdepartmental platform for the exchange of experience and the search for comprehensive solutions to resolve family disputes and protect the interests of children.
Important aspects of the interaction of various services and organizations for the effective support of families in difficult situations were discussed.
