On December 12, 2019, Mukhtar Auezov South Kazakhstan State University in cooperation with Shymkent Mayor’s office is holding an international scientific conference on the subject: “Great personalities of Kazakh people”, dedicated to the 125th anniversary of Turar Ryskulov, an outstanding public and statesman of the XX century, one of the founders of the idea of independence of Kazakhstan, who contributed to the social and economic development of the country, preservation of spiritual unity and revival of the culture of the Turkic peoples.
The main purpose of the conference: Implementation of the program article of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Leader of the Nation N.A. Nazarbayev of April 12, 2017 “Course towards the future: modernization of public consciousness” and article of November 20, 2018 “Seven Facets of the Great Steppe”.
The conference materials will be published in the Collection of conference materials, selected articles will be published in the IV issue of the Republican scientific journal “QAZAQTANÝ” – free of charge, published by the Research Department of SKSU named after Mukhtar Auezov within the framework of the implementation of the Program articles “Course towards the future: modernization of public consciousness” and “Seven Facets of the Great Steppe”. Officially registered January 30, 2019. No. 1793 by the Information Committee of the Ministry of Communications and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as indexed in the database of the Russian Scientific Citation Index (RSCI) under license agreement No. 260-07/2019 dated 5 July 2019.
The cost of publishing the conference proceedings: 4000 (four thousand) kzt.
Conference working languages: Kazakh, Russian, English articles co-authored by up to 3 people.
