Adil Muratovich Zhakulaev, PhD, was appointed Vice-Rector for Strategic Development of Bolashaq Academy.
2009-2013 – studied at the Faculty of Philology of Karaganda State University named after academician E.A. Buketov.
2013-2015 – continued his Master’s degree in Philology at the Karaganda State University named after Academician E.A. Buketov.
2013-2016 – lecturer at the College of Foreign Languages, Karaganda.
2016-2019 – at the Central Kazakhstan Academy:
Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Language and Translation for Scientific Work (2016-2019),
lecturer (2016-2018),
Senior lecturer (2018-2019) of the Department of Kazakh Philology and a Second Foreign Language.
2019-2021 – Director of the KSU “Abai Comprehensive School” of the Saran City Education Department of the Karaganda Region Education Department.
2020-2023 – doctoral student at the Karaganda University named after academician E.A. Buketov, dissertation defense for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) – 2024.
2021 – Acting Head of the Department of Kazakh Philology and a Second Foreign Language at the Faculty of Language and Translation of the Central Kazakhstan Academy.
2022 – Deputy Head of the KSU “Rukhani Zhangyru Project Office of the Karaganda region” Department of Internal Policy of the Karaganda region.
From the academic year 2022-2023, he has been a senior lecturer at the E.A. Buketov Karaganda University.
From the academic year 2024-2025, he has been an assistant professor at the E.A. Buketov Karaganda University.
From September 2024 to February 2025, he served as Deputy Dean for Scientific Work of the Faculty of Philology of the Karaganda University named after Academician E.A. Buketov.
He is the author of more than 60 scientific articles and two monographs.
