On December 11, 2024, new forensic equipment was delivered to the Department of Legal and Financial Disciplines. After classes, 4th-year students who had completed an introductory practice in the forensic department in Karaganda came to the training ground and are now preparing to defend their forensic albums. Together with the teachers, they enthusiastically began to sort out the arrived cargo, put it on the shelves, and check the functions of the new forensic equipment.
Showing curiosity, junior law students began to flock to the testing ground, familiarizing themselves with the technical objects by printing out their names and fastening the inscriptions with adhesive tape on the shelves. The teachers explained how to use them, for example, using an ultraviolet flashlight to detect traces of biological origin.
The most desired acquisition was a forensic articulated mannequin, so necessary when inspecting a residential premises simulated in the forensic tactics office. And then, someone came up with the idea to make a presentation of the forensic testing ground with updated equipment with the invitation of the Academy’s management. In this regard, on December 12, 2024, the department with the participation of law students held a ceremonial presentation of the forensic testing ground with updated equipment with the participation of the rector of the Bolashaq Academy, professor, PhD in Law Rysmagambetova G.M.
The staff of the Department of Legal and Financial Disciplines thanks the management of the Bolashaq Academy for providing the forensic testing ground with new forensic equipment and the necessary consumables for laboratory work, and we also express our gratitude to our students for their curiosity, interest in forensic science, cohesion and support of the department.
