Interuniversity draughts tournament among teachers was held at Bolashaq Academy

On April 16, 2025, an interuniversity draughts tournament among teachers of higher educational institutions of the city of Karaganda was held at the Bolashaq Academy.

The tournament was attended by true connoisseurs and fans of this ancient intellectual game, whose history goes back centuries and rivals chess in popularity.

The competitions were held in an atmosphere of friendly rivalry, contributed to the strengthening of professional and interuniversity ties, as well as the development of logical thinking and team spirit among the teaching staff.

The winners of the tournament were:

I place — Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan;

II place — Bolashaq Academy;

III place — E.A. Buketov Karaganda University.

The winners and prize-winners of the tournament were awarded with certificates of honor on behalf of the Academy’s management.
