On April 18, 2025, Asel Kasenovna Akhmetova, a senior lecturer at the Department of Legal and Financial Disciplines, organized and conducted a visit to the Department of Justice of the Karaganda region.
During the meeting, student activists of the U-23-1 group got acquainted with the work of the departments of regulation and control over the activities of bailiffs, intellectual property, registration service and organization of legal services.
The head of the Administrative Department, Sabina Kambarovna, said that the Department of Justice of the Karaganda region is a territorial body of justice of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which is part of the unified system of judicial authorities.
Sabina Kambarovna introduced the students to the activities of the enforcement proceedings Department, as its activities are measures aimed at the enforcement of enforcement documents with the recovery of enforcement sanctions, penalties, and costs of enforcement proceedings from debtors.
The objectives of enforcement proceedings are the mandatory and timely adoption of measures aimed at the enforcement of enforcement documents issued on the basis of court decisions, rulings, orders and resolutions in civil and administrative cases, sentences and resolutions in criminal cases, in terms of property penalties, as well as resolutions of other authorities in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Then the student visited the Intellectual property department, as intellectual property rights are similar to any other property right. They allow authors or owners of patents, trademarks, or copyrighted works to benefit from their own work or investments in its creation. And that these rights are enshrined in article 27 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which recognizes the right of everyone to protect their moral and material interests resulting from scientific, literary or artistic works of which they are the author.
At the end of the meeting, the students visited the Department of registration and organization of legal services. Zhetti Anuarbekovna Abdilmanova, head of the department, spoke about the main tasks and functions of the registration service, the implementation of state registration of legal entities that are non-profit organizations, registration of their branches and representative offices, the formation and implementation of state policy in the field of state registration, the organization and provision of legal assistance, legal advocacy, as well as registration and maintenance of the register of pledge of movable property, state technical inspection of real estate.
Concluding the meeting, Sabina Kambarovna wished our activist students to gain knowledge, become highly qualified lawyers and enter public service in our necessary and important profession for the benefit of sovereign Kazakhstan!
