The teachers of preschool organizations “Akzhargyn” and “Odareshka” from Karaganda held the Round table on the theme “Prevention of professional burnout in the modern kindergarten” on April 28, 2021, senior teachers of the department of preschool and primary education Golomazova E.A., Talikova G.T.
At online meeting the following urgent questions were discussed: professional burnout of teachers; the factors that contribute to a “burnout” syndrome; three stages of syndromes and symptoms of a burnout; the recommendations on professional burnout prevention.
During the meeting with the teachers the diagnostics of professional burnout was carried out where the teachers defined their level.
In the end teachers of preschool organizations, noting the relevance of the topic and related questions, were active during the discussion and expressed their common wish to hold such events regularly.
